Peter Rattu, Academy Principal of Sharnbrook Academy Sixth Form, said:
“We are so proud of the outstanding achievements of the 2018 cohort of Sharnbrook students, especially in light of the reformed, more intensive A level courses.
“We are an academic and high-achieving sixth form, focused on providing a broad curriculum and outstanding teaching, which delivers excellent results, as can be seen today. This of course could not be done without the consistent hard work and dedication of our students, who are more than deserving of their successes. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our brilliant teaching staff and parents for their vital support.
“Whilst academic success is the goal, at Sharnbrook we also provide first-class extracurricular and enrichment opportunities, particularly in sport, drama and music. There are so many opportunities for students’ personal growth and development - and those aspects are really important, alongside good A Level results to win places at the best universities.
“We are very sad to be saying goodbye to our fantastic class of 2018, but are immensely proud to have been part of their academic journey so far. We wish them all the very best for the next stage in their lives, whichever route they have chosen.”
