TAFF’S UPPER LIMITZ FITNESS STUDIO

 

 

Taff’s Upper Limitz Fitness Studio is equipped with Technogym Equipment and the Wellness System, and can even boast to be one of the best equipped Fitness Studios in Bedfordshire.

 

The Fitness Studio is air conditioned for complete comfort and has 40 workstations that are simple and easy to use.  The Cardiovascular Equipment has on board touch screen TV Monitors to provide personal entertainment and goal setting programmes.

 

Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Steppers, Concept II Rowing Machines, Bikes, Resistance Equipment and Free Weights are all available for use by our members, who are also provided with personal instruction and on-going guidance from our friendly qualified staff.

 

Membership to the Fitness Studio is available to individuals and couples over the age of 16.

 

All new members are required to undertake a full induction by our qualified staff who will be pleased to advise on suitable exercise programmes using our extensive range of equipment.  They will also provide on-going support, assistance and guidance throughout the life of your membership.
